The Dura Board™ is composed of high-grade engineering plastic with metal reinforcements, reducing the weight of the board to a mere15 pounds, compared to its wooden predecessor averaging 25 lbs. To complete the Durac racking system an ingeniously designed L-shaped corner support has been added. It measures 8” x 27” and is 5.5” High, only 2 are needed per board. Dura Corner™ has unique built-in features that allow single-handed maneuvering and its built-in locating tabs facilitate consistent and automatic alignment when stacking them next to the press.

Nesting features are designed into the Dura Board™ making alignment and stacking automatic, eliminating the time-consuming need to re-align stacks and by this reducing valuable labor time. If the stack-splitting operation is performed, the two outer edges of the Dura Board™ are radiused and reinforced to allow easy entry of forks into the stack without damage.
